Our online ordering system is operated by EPoS Technologies Limited, whose registered office is 11 Wharf Road, Enfield, EN3 4TA, Middlesex, United Kingdom.

Depending on how you use our site & services, we may collect:

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe & is never stored on our systems.

8. Run Club

If you take part in Run Club through our app, other people who run with us can see your first name, the initial of your surname & your run streak on a leaderboard in the app. Only signed-in members who have completed a run can see the leaderboard at all. We deliberately do not show your full name, your email address, or which runs you attended.

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a community that motivates its members. You can object at any time. Ask us to remove you from the leaderboard & we will, without affecting your ability to take part in runs, earn berries, or use anything else in the app. You can do this in the app, or just email us & we will do it for you.

Your profile photo

You can add a photo to your Run Club profile. This is entirely optional & nothing changes if you never add one.

If you do add one, it is shown next to your name on the leaderboard, only to members you have actually run with. Nobody else sees it: not other app users, not the public. We ask you to confirm you are 16 or over before you add a photo.

We show your photo on the basis of your consent, which you give by adding it after reading that notice. You can withdraw that consent at any time by hiding or deleting the photo in the app, & it stops being shown straight away. Withdrawing does not affect anything else about your account.

Members can report a profile photo, & we remove anything that breaks our rules. Those rules are in our Terms & Conditions. If we remove your photo we will email you & you can reply to appeal.

How long we keep it

If you hide your photo, we stop showing it immediately but keep it on your account so you can put it back. If you delete it, we remove it within 30 days. If you close your account, we delete your photo & your Run Club profile within 30 days. Your run history is kept for as long as you have an account, because it is what your streak & your berries are calculated from.
